Planning a Army Boot Camp Theme Party
1. When you mail your Army Heroes or Camouflage invites make sure to use the fun birthday boot camp stickers to decorate your envelopes.
2. Send your invitations at least 2 weeks in advance of your party date.
3. Set up your party room with your Camouflage centerpiece, camouflage banners and our camouflage or tank balloons the day of the party. Use our camouflage binoculars or an army green canteen as a unique balloon weight.
4. Create a camouflage cake or just create a 9 by 13 cake and decorate with army guys and tanks. Use our ball cake pan to create a helmet cake by cutting it in half, use licorice as a strap. Create a soldier cake with our Little Hero Cake Pan
5. Use your helicopter cookie cutters to cut out sandwiches. Just make simple cheese or peanut butter sandwiches and use your cutters to cut out the centers. Our use the cutters to create yummy cookies. Cookies will make a great favor and treat or let the kids decorate for a fun party activity.
6. Weather permitting have a camp out in your back yard or a camp out in your living room. Plan to roast hot dogs and make s’mores and serve beans! Even if you cannot have a bon fire use an outdoor fire place pit to create the mood.
7. Create an obstacle course for the recruits outside or in an open area. Utilize play sets and equipment. Lay out string rings for tires, boxes to leap over etc.
9. Create a secret mission to capture the kidnapped cake or hide the camouflage favor bags for a fun and rewarding mission. Strategically place clues throughout your party area leading them to the next clue. Create obstacles to the recruits like throwing our camouflage water balls or squirting them with water guns.
10. Create relay races and make the kids wear their camouflage Army helmets and keep them on while running.
11. Hand out the decoder kits and have the kids solve the case.
11. Let your child open his presents and serve your birthday cake.
13. Most of all have fun & take loads of pictures!
